Is Muppet Vision 3D Going Bye Bye?

With the new DCA expansion plans, I got to wondering, what about MV3D? Will that be replaced, or could they possibly expand the area into a Muppet Studios type thing? Thanks!

It will most likely be replaced with a larger theater showing Philharmagic.

I've heard some rumors.

But I've also heard that if they decided to route everyone through a side entrance near the attraction while the redo the new entrance, it won't be done for a while, if they plan on doing it.

They will be pushing everyone through the side for the retheming of the entrance. The introduction of Philharmagic is set to be one of the last additions made during what will be referred to as the "Restructuring of California Adventure." Anything added after that will be purely considered to be a part of annual additions.

WDI looked at putting Philharmagic into the Muppets building, but it would require a complete tear-down and rebuild of the building to support the massive screen P. requires. This sort of thing just didnt fit into the DCA refit, so for now P. in the M-V3D building has been put on hold for now.
