Is it me or the website?

So, me and my fiance are booked at AKL May 4th to May 11th on DVC rental points. Today, our couple friend decided to join us but were unable to secure points at AKL. So they wanted me to arrange a stay at CSR, since my one of them stayed there with me last year and enjoyed it. Well, I figured I would take advantage of the free memory maker for them, and maybe we could get some use of it too. But for some reason when I tried to book using Chrome I got the price 1,633.18 but it kept telling me the servers were busy. So I decided to try using Internet Explorer and got 2,025.10 instead, and when I continue through to the final screen, it doesn't list the memory maker as part of the package. When I spoke to disney, they assured me it that the website was running fine on their end and that I must not but applying the offer correctly. Am I missing something?

Call Disney and book over the phone. Trust me, you will have far less issues. I don't care what they say; their Website is total crap.

When in doubt? CALL. Or use chrome and hit "refresh" "refresh" "refresh" "refresh" "refresh" "refresh" "refresh" "refresh" until the pathetic server can actually perform.

I tried the refresh method, even decided to try again today and it still listed them as different prices. Oh well, I'm going to call tonight!
