Well if disney served the portion size that we should eat, the most anyone would spend on food is $100 over a 7 day trip. If the steak was a couple more ounces larger it would look more proportional in its plating. For the theming, I don't see them pricing it at that level. For the those that are at that level, only royal table and mickey's bbq use disney characters for the theme. And for those, it isn't just the price of the food that makes it a signature experience.
