This is our family as well. We alternate Disney and non-Disney years. In the off years we've done a Caribbean cruise, a tour of National Parks in Utah and Arizona plus Las Vegas, New England, and we are now planning our next family trip which will probably be to Europe (the kids will be 16 and 13). This year's Disney trip was to DLR instead of WDW and included a tour of southern CA as well. As much as I miss Disney, I like looking forward to and planning those trips, and they are very special when we finally get there.
