Is Flynn Rider still at MK?

My 6yo daughter is OBSESSED with Tangled and she heard from her friend that she got to meet Flynn Rider when she went to WDW last summer/fall.

I see that you can still meet Rapunzel at the Magic Kingdom at the Fairy Tale Garden. Does anyone know if Flynn Rider is still there to meet? Do they have set times that Rapunzel is out? Do any other characters appear with her besides Flynn? If Flynn is not there, is there anywhere to meet him?

Right now the only way to meet Flynn is durring the hard ticket parties (MNSSHP and MVMCP). You might be able to find him around in the weeks leading up to those parties, but besides that there haven't been any other Flynn sightings.

Rapunzel is meeting at Fairytale Garden from about 9:30 or so but stops quite a while before MK closes. Her line gets HUGE so I would head over there first thing in the morning if seeing her is a must for your DD.
