Is Elton John a Disney Legend?

Has Elton John been honored with a Disney Legends award? I noticed that Phil Collins and Tim Rice both became Disney Legends this year, but I can't find anything about Elton John getting the honor. I think he's as deserving as Tim Rice and certainly much more deserving than Phil Collins (don't get me wrong -- love the music from Tarzan, but compare that to Lion King and Aida and Elton John wins every time!).
