Is DLR as crowded as WDW during Christmas?

We were able to tag on a few days at DLR after visiting family for Christmas, but that of course means it's going to be the week after Christmas (27th-31st). We have been at WDW for Christmas several times and even though the crowds are crazy since it's not hot like in the summer it was not as bad as I expected.

I know that DL is smaller than MK, but from reading online it also looks like many of the APs are blacked out over those weeks.

I'm sure this is a question that really doesn't have an answer, and I've hesitated asking it, but I'm just wondering if it makes any difference that the APs are blacked out? Does that mean the crowd surge at DLR doesn't get as extreme as the one at WDW? Does DL close to capacity as regularly as MK? Anybody know?

We of course are going anyway, and plan to have a fantastic time - just wondering if I should plan for 120 minutes or 360 minutes in the Radiator Springs Racers queue. :)

It kind of does make a difference if the APs are blacked out because the Disneyland Resort does special Christmas overlays and some other things for the holidays, that APs like to take advantage of. Not to mention this year they're giving Cars Land a Christmas makeover! Can't wait for that! It can be a little crowded but nothing to worry about. The parks won't be at capacity.
