Is anyone having Problems logging into their Disney Dashboard?

On another note, has anyone else had trouble getting through to the DCP by phone? My daughter is locked out of her account and she hasn't been able to call because the phones always say "Your call can not be completed at this time." It's getting frustrating for her because of the security question
