Hello. I currently work in the travel and timeshare industry, and there is a possibility that I may be relocating with my family to the Orlando area. I have not yet begun looking at jobs, but I was wondering if anyone here works for DVC. I know I want to stay working in the travel and timeshare business (because I love it!), and I have a special passion for Disney. It almost seems like I dream come true for me to have a job like the one I love now, but also have it Disney related!
My questions are:
How hard is it to get hired as a DVC cast member, and what qualifications do the hiring managers look for?
Do you have flexible hours, and work different shifts?
How much does a DVC cast member make? Are CMs salaried or commissioned?
Is DVC constantly hiring, or is it basically a hit or miss type thing?
