Disney's Perfect Next Theme Park Ride Movie Would Be Pixar's Figment

Journey into Imagination needs to be a Pixar film.

With several theme park to media adaptations in the works (JC2, Space Mountain, Haunted Mansion remake, Tower of Terror Remake, Matterhorn, Pirates 6, and SEA), there will undoubtedly be more adaptations in future, but the reservoir of original theme park IP is running low, but then there's a loveable purple dragon, that's already seen a Marvel comics adaptation.

A movie tie-in would provide the perfect excuse to redo the ride (like they did for Jungle Cruise, but in a drastically larger scope).

i think a disney plus show is more likely, and even that seems slim. I would love it, especially with an updated original petes dragon style movie would be amazing. Either classic animation figment or computer animated (much more likely).. and i agree pixar would prob be the better studio for it.
