IOA vs AK

OK heres the deal...

I'll be in Orlando October 14 through the 20th.

I would like to see Halloween Horror nights at IOA, AND see AK again. The last few times I went, AK was extremely crowded and not very enjoyable.

I have friday and saturday available, BUT I don't want to do both parks on the same day. (make sense?)

Should I do AK on friday afternoon, and IOA on saturday night? or IOA friday night and AK on saturday afternoon?

Anyone have any insight?

Go to AK on Friday since it will probably be less crowded.

From your post, I gather you have already been to AK but you don't say whether you've been to IOA before.
If you haven't then I suggest IOA - If you have then I'd still do IOA (make sense?)

You could be taking a risk going to AK on a school day. We were there once in late Sept with thousands of school kids and it wasn't pretty. Also remember it closes early.

Because IOA will probably be more crowded on Saturday, too, you may want to go THERE on Friday...

...or flip a coin.

You're going to be encountering a lot of people either way. However, I would suggest that you go to IOA on Friday, and go Halloween Horror Nights that night. Of course, that would be sacrificing Animal Kingdom to a Saturday, but you may be better off with the devil you know rather than the devil you don't know...

I've been to IOA and AK... But I'm ONLY going to IOA for the Halloween Event.(it's a separate ticket) I'd like go to AK, relax and explore the nooks and crannies.

Heading for the great escape.
The Halloween thing is a re-admission seperate ticket job.
Ive got my ticket for a Sat night and im sure the park is open till 2 in the morning, thats more time than id have to ride during a normal day.
Were going to a water park early dinner at the Hard Rock then ride and q the night away.
