Good afternoon!
I have not been following this partcular site for very long, and apologize in advance for the clumsiness of this introductory post.
I and my wife live in Kansas City, MO. She has never been to a Disney park; I have been to WDW several times over the course of my 45 1/2 years, the first time being either in 1972 or 1973. (Think it was '72, but, as you can imagine, after 37 or 38 years, the details are somewhat fuzzy.) I have also been to Disneyland once; don't remember the year, other than the fact that it was the mid- to late 70s. Adventures in Inner Space was still there; I have fond memories of what I jokingly refer to as The Molecule Ride.
We are planning a trip to WDW for a late honeymoon, ostensibly in January 2012. Looks like we will be early for a lot of the Fantasyland Expansion, which will be unfortunate, albeit a good excuse to plan another trip later. Also want to go to the California facility, as my wife is a huge Mr. Toad fan. Sadly, the Molecule Ride will not be there, but we will have fun, ne'ertheless.
Looking forward to chatting with you all. (Or, to honor my Missourah heritage, "y'all.")
Take care.![Smile :) :)](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png)
