i live in the UK and am currently doing a degree in civil engineering. I recently saw a job advertised which fitted my studies - based at WDW (basically an engineering design job) my question is if disney will accept overseas applicants and whether they would assist in getting the appropiate VISAs etc
this is only hypothetical as i still have 2 years of my degree to go.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

It has been done before, but only with very specific talent sets. If you think that there are more than one hundred people who could do the job in the US, then you can be assured that WDW will not be looking for the fit overseas.

Sponsoring a foreign national is very time consuming and very expensive.
