International College Program interview

Hello again,

I also have an interview for the internation college program in 2 weeks!
Arrrrr yay! It's for the J1 summer work program: Novemeber - February.

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what to expect for the interview? What they ask and what they're looking for?

Unfortuatly, the interveiw is in Sydney and I live in Melbourne... Soooo they've decided to give me aphone interview instead. Blah I HATE phone interviews.

Ah well
So, yeah! Any advice would really be appreciated

Just relax and be yourself! If they ask a question about a negative situation, do your best to turn it into a positive situation. With Disney, it's best to turn ALL negatives into positives. And let your passion for Disney shine through!

The interviewer will more than likely be more like a friend asking questions rather than a big macho business boss person. Just be charming, and I find it helps to smile while talking over the phone.

I found my interview to be quite fun and relaxing, and it flew by. I did not interview for an international program, but I know a few people who have and said they've had nothing but good luck with their interviewers.
