interesting Luck.. Was there for the opening of Dwarfs Ride and last night of EO..

I have had some interesting luck at WDW.. I was there the day they put up the walls for the fantasy Land expansion.. I was there the day the mine ride opened to the public( not soft openings).. and I was there the last night of Captain Eo...They turned off the sign coming into Eo.. so more people were not coming.. but talking to the Cast member running the show.. she told me that there was to be one more show between mine and the LAST ONE.. and people were gathering for hours waiting for the last show.. We were within weeks of the Norway ride being shut down.. if not a week.. I am hoping that a whole lot more will be opened by the time that I come back in 2018... a whole lot more..

Please take a trip to MK and hang around SGE - hopefully you can cast your "closing" spell on that waste of space! ;)

Dang that makes me jealous! Those are some awesome times to be at the parks. Of course, I am a complete dork, so i would have grabbed guide maps, saved receipts from that day, etc. and put together awesome scrap book / commemoration items to remember that stuff! Yes...I need more of a life outside of Disney.

When I was at DHS this past June, I visited The Magic of Disney Animation for the first time ever and loved it, vowing to go back. Unfortunately for me, it closed less than a month later! :(
