There's nothing earth-shaking, but it makes me happy to know that there's SOME progress being made.

That was my guess, as well. Maybe they only plan on running its European itineraries for the foreseeable future.

I hope so (as I'm from the UK) but I have a feeling getting cruises started in Europe is going to be more difficult than in the US.

DCL is apparently reaching out to existing crew to begin the process of bringing them back. This is likely a 4-6 month process, so we could see Dream sailing by July and the others come back on line over the subsequent year, culminating with Wish next summer.
