I know that there a lot of Disney World freaks on this site (me included), so with all of our knowledge we should be able to come up with hundreds of intersting Disney facts. Also, some people might learn something new. I would ask you to list ALL the facts you know about Disney World, but we would be here all week. Give some facts about Disney World that you think are the most interesting.

For example: Splash Mountin has 60 total logs. The max amount of logs the attraction can handle is 56, the least amount is 52. Four of them are always being worked on, of course they are a different four every week of so. :hammer: At the end of the day, the cast members pull logs off the attraction, to 52 logs, and store them in a holding area at the end of the ride. (As you exit the attraction, after the ramp, there is a door to your left had side, the logs are stored in that area)

What Disney World facts do you think are interesting? I am looking forward to finding out new things about the world we all love.

Wow can you imagine all the money people paid Disney just for one night? I know Disney has operating costs so they don't get the gross profit, but even the net! If I could have the gross profit for just one day of all their hotels booked up....I'd be one happy girl! Of course I'd probably spend most of that at WDW anyway!

Yep, with even a low $200.00 per night average that is $6,420,000 per night at 100% occp.

now...figure in a $16-$42 CPOR and they are making a good amount of money....

Does anyone know how much profit WDW makes per day during each season? I've ALWAYS wondered that. They must bring in several thousand dollars per minute between food, merchandise, tickets, and lodging. I wonder how much of that they have to put towards maintenence, restocking, salaries, utilities, taxes, etc.
