Hi all,

Thought this was an interesting post, especially given that we are often the 2% that get annoyed when Disney changes something.

Is he right? Mathematically, he is. There are people who didn't like some of the things Walt did; there are people who didn't like what Mike Eisner did, or what Bob Iger is doing from time to time. How do they know when they've got it right?

Disney has a name for good customer support and people know their complaints will be heard with this company so I'd at least say that "2%" is somewhere around 5%

I think it's a good point, rather 2% is accurate or not. With just about everything, you will always hear from the unhappy few than the happy many. It's the same thing with politics, businesses, construction, etc. Even in families. I know that if we go to Disney for vacation, my 3 kids, my parents, my brother and SIL and I will be happy. DH will not. He's just a small minority but he'll make sure he's louder than the majority :) hee hee So do we not go inorder to satisfy the minority or just drag him to his torture? hahha. basically, do what makes the 98% happy or let the 2% make the rules....I say go with the quiet majority :)
