Can I trade my DL pins when I am visiting WDW this summer? Do WDW pin-traders/cast members see DL pins as more collectible since they aren't as readily availlable?

And I have two really old pins from 1986 that they handed out when you went through the turnstiles at DL, Tomorrowland and Fantasyland, if I am remembering correctly. Are these tradable too?

Any legal Disney pins can be traded. And yes, pins from other theme parks certainly are sought after. You should see the commotion when someone who has Tokyo, Paris, or Hong Kong Disneyland pins opens his/her pin trading book at the Pin Trading store in Downtown Disney.

A lot of the serious pin collectors have "contacts" who go to DL, or at other theme parks, to buy pins. The rest of us get our pins by trading.

The only thing a CM. ever told Us, was that it had to be an official Disney pin for them to trade. Most CM's don't look that close. I have traded with them and gotten many cool Mickey pins from parks all around the world. That seems to add to the enjoyment of Pin collecting.
