The show is over now.I enjoyed it very much to bad I didn't see the whole thing.

I saw the Motors in Action show part. It looks awsome I can't wait till it comes to the Disney MGM Studios.

The Studio Tram tour there looks a lot better. It has a Raign of Fire scene where london is destroyed be the dragon and they have actual fire spraying out like the dragon is breathing fire. They also have a scene from the ABC Mini series Dinotopia.
I think it's better then the florida tour becaus they don't just have the canyon and houses they have scenes from other movies with special effects.

If they add some of those scenes to the florida tour it would be alot better.

The Arrmagedon show looks pretty cool.

Bringing the Motors in Action Stunt Show from Paris is a good start.I think i it is a good start on making the studios better. If they only take a few scens from the Studio Tram tour in paris and put them in the florida studio tour it bring more people to this attraction and make a good update to this attraction.

Over all I think that the Disney/MGM Studios is better because the have the Tower of terror.

I wish I could tell you more but i didn't see the whole thing.

I saw the whole thing (and taped it) and I was surprised how different the Paris Studios seemed. It looked like a lot more show/set type of attractions and less rides. I'm not sure how I feel about the Motor Cars Stunt Show...I liked the Golden Girls house too much! :lookaroun

Alright, I have a confession: Today, I watched all 4 Disney shows on the Travel channel. And taped them! First was the Animal Kingdom Special, then WDW Resort Behind the Scenes, then Secrets Disney Cruise Line, then Secrets Disney Studios Paris. I enjoyed the WDW Behind the Scenes the Most.

ImagineerFan04: The Disney Studios Paris show is being replayed at 1 a.m. eastern time on the Travel Channel, if you'd like to catch it again. Before the Motor Cars part, I believe it just showed Studio One, where the Brown Derby Restaurant and some shopping is. Their Brown Derby is counter service. They also showed the "DisneyQuestlike" cybercoaster attraction and RocknRoller Coaster, which is themed slightly differently. There are actually 2 loops and a corkscrew, and they said that instead of rushing thru LA to get to the Aerosmith concert, you are actually starring in a music video. There were a TON of lights, it looked kind of chaotic. And it must be slightly faster, they mentioned 0-70 mph in 2.8 seconds, instead of 0-60. My roommate walked in while it was on and I started talking to her so thats all I really remember. I can watch it again and keep you posted though! Hope that helps.

Can't certain houses be moved along the new tram path?

It would be hard for them to move the facade and then set it up somewhere else, plus there is no room.

Face it Folks Residental St & The Houses that are on it are gone for good

I have it, but its uncompressed file size would be about 15 GB, so I won't be uploading it to any servers. I'll probably just author a DVD of the program for my own enjoyment. :sohappy:

RRC in Paris is exactly the same as the one in Florida, speed and layout. The only change is in the theme, it looks like a ocncert-night club inside, there are no cartboard cutouts.

The Tram Tour in Paris may look better on TV, but actually is pretty boring beside CC. Ok, we have the Reign of Fire set with 1 sfx, but no houses street like WDW, no real studios to look at, even the costuming is a miniaturized version of the one in Florida, and there is no decorating shop etc... The Dinotopia set is only that...a set with nothing to experience. You go twice past the same road, looking at two batches of flowers, and watching some stupid videos on a tv-screen (ok there is one cool part with aerial views of CC, + a short video on the filming of Pearl Harbor and Dinotopia, a few film extracts featuring lovely costumes, and a segment comparing the 4 Disney Studios in the World). As for the props...beside 2 planes from Pearl Harbor, the shuttle from Armageddon and the Hummer from the Rock, there's nothing to be excited and you can't even recognized them (many are from B-series it seems). Well, it kinda lacks a real studio that surrounds the whole tour, so it is pretty boring. No water pre-show either and a poor designed entrance!

Thanks for sharing the info! I've been wondering a little about the Disney Studios in Paris because, obviously, it is as not as easily accessible as Disney World or Disneyland.

This was my first post! :D

Thanks I didn't know. I only saw 3 parts of the tour CC reign of fire and dinotopia.

I'll take it from you because you been on it before and know what it is like.

If they take the riegn of fire scene from paris and make two other scenes. The Studio Tour in florida would be better.

Actually I happened to catch the Travel Channel Secrets episodes of Disney's Cruise line and the Paris Studios themepark. I must say those cruise ships are impressive the Disney Studios in Paris actually reminded me more of a Universal park than MGM I can't say I was all that impressed though one of the main things I look for from Disney are their rides and attractions Paris just had a complete lack of them at the Studios give those poor tourists a Tower of Terror!

The Cruise Line show was great and it made me really want to go on a cruise. The WDS Paris show was pretty lame. I think it was lame because the park is pretty lame. The car stunt show is pretty cool, but other than that the park is lacking. It could have been a half hour show. They spent a lot of time just showing the Magic Carpet ride and how they integrated that into a studio park. If this is one of its best rides that they give it screen time then something is wrong. I really want to go to DLP, but I think I'll wait until WDS gets better.
