Information payment hotel

Good morning to all friends. I take advantage of this wonderful forum. I am asking for information that has perhaps already been asked for so many times and for this I apologize. I should hope to go to Orlando in July 2024 and would like to stay 3 nights at Universal parks,how does it work for park hotels? As for Disney is it possible to pay the full amount in installments or in any case pay everything before arrival? I read elsewhere that they only ask for the first night but I would like to pay everything first? Is this possible?

First night is your deposit (per room), rest is paid when you check out.
