Information Needed about DAS (Disability Access Service) Card

We have never used it even though my older son is autistic as he has a mild form of Aspergers and did not need the service. My nephew with some moderate to severe anxiety issues has been recommended by his doctor to access this DAS card. I read about it and I guess my question is: Can my brother go with my nephew to any of the parks' guest services and get the card the day of arrival even though we are not going to a park until the next day? I don't know how long the process takes to get the card as there are questions involved as well as a picture. If anyone has experience with accessing this disability card, your insight would be much appreciated. Thanks.

He can go to guest services with his child. They will take their photos and link up your brothers and nephews info. You can then go to guest services and get photos and linked to their DAS. The process doesnt take more than a few minutes.
