Information Help Please

Hello,

I could not find anything on the forum regarding this so I thought I would ask. My last trip was back during the 100 years of magic celebration. I am returning this Nov with my family. I was wondering if anyone knows if the magical moment pins that light up still work inside the parks or are they no good now. I would pack them from Alaska if they did since this is my parents 1st time to WDW.

I think they still work...but not positive. Pins of that type are no longer sold at the parks, but I believe they work on a system similar to Pal Mickey, which is still sold and supported.

They still work in at least some locations (as of last year). For instance, I know for a fact that as of less than a year ago, the pins still lit up in parts of the "boiler room" (elevator load area) at Tower of Terror.

The lights could also be activated by touching the front of the pin.
