Info number not giving info.

I have 16 days to go until I go to WDW.

Bad thing is, the Info number (407-824-4321) will not give me information about park hours, closings, or anything else during my visit in September!

They transfer you to a Disney Rep but you have to drag the info out of them... if you can get one who speaks clearly.

Anyone know why the September dates arn't posted yet on the number?

Uh, I have. I said I found my way around it. It's just that it is normaly posted on that number several months in advance. This year the information for September was not.

You did sound a little rude, but in email almost anything can sound rude.

I always call 1-(407)-W-DISNEY. The reps are always so nice to me. Just select the option to bok a vacation. Then choose to speak to a rep. But it is true you do have to drag it out of them. Just be polite and patient. But www.wdwig.com is a great place to try like DisneyInsider said. Good luck with your trip.

From what i was told By a CM at CRO the 1-407-wdisney is staffed by Cms at a site on property, all other 407-....... and 1-800 numbers are in the Orlando area and are not stafed by CMs but by a hired firm.
