inexpensive activity at Disney Resorts ( is that an oximornon?)

Hi,
I wanted to share a great way to spend your "resort day" at Disney. Did you know you can take the family fishing right on Disney property? It's fun and inexpensive.

They have this at Ft. Wilderness and Port Orleans Riverside only, as I recall. Or, you can set up a guided fishing excursion.

At POR (as your report states) they rent bamboo poles. At Ft. Wilderness it's more modern equipment.

Nice review! I was planning on doing this with the kid next trip.

The resort movies are free and WL still has a campfire nightly w/ free roasting marshmallows!

So does Animal Kingdom Lodge (free marshmallow roast). They do it at the firepit on the savannah walk.
