Happens all the time where I live. Rarely, if ever, do I see any kind of foldable stroller. Usually it's the big, bulky hard-plastic ones that store several pounds of goods for carrying around. Edit: I should say that perhaps the strollers may fold, but the owners never do so (usually because they leave their kids and stuff in them). I'm not an expert on strollers and their features.
