Improvements/Additions to HKDL

Since I'm in my imagineering mood, I was thinking of some better improvements and expansion of HKDL. Their current expansion plan...is a bit bogus.

Idea's:

I was thinking that at the Expansion space nearest to the Lion king show could be used for a copy of AK's Dino Land. More importantly, the Dinosaur attraction. Im not sure about Primevil whirl, but it could very well be added. That would give it a new land with more than just 1 attraction and one of those would be another E ticket. That also...in a way, fits with the theme of Adventureland.

The land about that would be Mystic Point, along with its mystic manor and Adventure club. The extra bit here would be an Aladdin atraction inspired by another user on this blog whose name currently escapes me. My version would be a Cave of Wonders dark ride that eventually turns into a high-speed thrill. This could possibly go into fantasyland though.

Any More Ideas??

Well, I do agree that HK needs more, and obviously should have had more from the get go. Hopefully the Disney brass learned you have to spend money to make money. I think too much of a focus on money. This is just a personal opinion and I don't nessisarily believe it is true, but it seems to me there is more of a focus on money and not enough focus on bringing a class A attraction to the park when, after all, if a great attraction is built, it will also bring in money.

Anyways, I like the idea of including dinosaurs, but maybe a new experience, like a dinosaur themed dark ride. It could be like that classic cartoon storyline where an underground environment is discovered where dinos are still alive.

How about something for fantasy land? I like the idea of an indoor/outdoor pinnochio water coaster with both slow and thrilling aspects and a traditional dark ride or two. Maybe Little Mermaid for a larger scale, and Sleeping Beauty for a more basic traditional dark ride.

I like the Alladin ride, but I don't think it should have physical thrills. I have always imagined a dark ride on a flying carpet, and the cave of wonders scene would utilize video screens to simulate speed.

what exactly do you mean by no physical thrills? Like nont to fast, or not coaster like?

like the idea of a pinochio dark ride.

As for the Dino dark ride. exactly what are you proposing?
*interesting

Yes, that is what I mean. The ride would not move fast at any point, but video screens could be used in the cave of wonders scene to simulate speed.

As for the dino ride, it would probally be in adventure land, you would enter a cave that would lead to the scret world of the dinosaurs, and it would have a lot of unique and elaborate environments and many AA dinos. It could be an omni mover or just a regular dark ride car.

How about a brand new imagination ride instead. I think that would be a better transition form fantasy to tomorrow.

That's quite an interesting idea actually. I really like that. Or how about a Dreamport mini-land, or even just Discovery Bay or something like that featuring an attraction with Figment & Dreamfinder.
