Imposter Monorail Wings

Has anyone seen the imposter monorail wings on ebay. I have a real set of wings and these imposters, I think, are close to the real ones, but not exactly. Can this infring on design rights of disney? Or could it be a Disney ploy to capitilize on those coveted pins? Just wondering what you think!!!!

Yeah they are pretty shoddy.

I agree rather shoddy.

I wonder if they will get in trouble for trying to replicate them. I mean, i wonder if fake pins are being passes around yet?
