Imagineering Team Org

Sorry if this has already been discussed or if this isn't the right place for this, but does anyone know anything about how imagineering handles organizing a project? I know that, relatively speaking, the title imagineer is actually used pretty liberally within the organization (at least it seems that way in the media I've seen) with hundreds of different jobs from hundreds of different disiplines all falling under the imagineering umbrella. I'm just curious what WDI looks like from an actual organization standpoint.

Hey, if you would like I could try to take a swing at this over the next few days. I don't work at WDI, but I do work in the Tech Industry where many Organizations have a similar structure and flaws.

They’re not organized in a hierarchy, but Thea Award programs include credits for the entire project team that will give you a good sense of how many people, disciplines and companies go into a project.
