I got this one at Epcot and its awesome. It called Walt Disney Imagineering: A Behind the Dreams Look at Making the Magic Real, it awseome!!

I would also highly recommend "Walt Disney Imagineering: A Behind the Dreams Look at Making the Magic Real"....lots of really fascinating stuff and tons of pictures
I also just ordered the late, long-time Imagineer John Hench's book "Designing Disney" and I'm very much looking forward to checking it out
Haven't seen the field guides yet; though I would love to explore the parks with them and see everything that is special in them.
