I really wanted to start this thread but I dont feel like typing all me ideas. So heres the whole thing in a nutshell; new disney resort without a theme park in colorado. What kind or recreation, entertainment, shows, restaurants, clubs, ect would you include there?

I think a resort themed mutch like Blizard beach is. They could have Skiing in the Winter and swimming in the Summer. It would be very easy. Camel Back Mountain does this in Pennsylvania. They just cover the slides in Snow. and presto you can ski. THis would allow for two sesons of fun. Unfortunately I don't think Disney would do this because of the low income only being two seasons and not year Round.
