Do you have favorite books, podcasts, websites, etc that help you design like an Imagineer? Maybe some good ideas for a Christmas list?

Walt Disney Imagineering book
Designing Disney book
The Imagineering Story and Day at Disney on Disney Plus
Imagineering in a Box class by Khan Academy
The Tomorrow Society podcast (especially episodes 110 and 111 about improving EPCOT)

No I‘m talking about books like Birnbaum’s WDW 2022 and the Unofficial Guide 2022 books (WDW, DL, UO). For some reason even though I‘ve never been to UO or DL I find pleasure in reading books about Disney lol. I don’t collect park maps anymore.
Oh nice!

I still have a few of those guidebooks from 2005/'06. It's fun to see attractions like the Wonders of Life in there even though it was seasonal.

You’re right! It’s like a 535-page textbook on theme parks with only a few illustrations!
Once again: Theme Park Design by David Younger is a textbook on theme parks! There’s so many things in it that you wouldn’t even think of like design styles (Traditional, Presentational, Postmodern, Themed Amusement Park, and New Traditional) of an entire park, land, or even just a ride. Everything is cited with examples at parks.
