For legal reasons they can not accept ideas from outside sources such as yourself.
Yup. Imagine you send an idea for a ride to Imagineering. They send you a polite little letter stating that, unfortunately, they can't use your idea at this time. Then, five years later, they unveil their newest blockbuster attraction which looks strikingly similar to yours. You could go to court and say they ripped you off and you received no credit or compensation. 'Course, for all you know, they could've had that idea fifteen years ago, or twenty other people could've sent it in before you did. Bad times, y'know?

That's why they don't accept outside solicitations for attractions. They're already constantly fighting off people who say that they've been plagiarised, despite this policy. Stuff that stretches back more than twenty years, even. Sucks, I know. But that's the way it works.

To be honest, I couldn't care less if they used my idea as I'd love to see it in the park, I would even state that in my e-mail. Besides, I relaly wanted to e-mail them for tips andwhat things to be doing to give you a better chance of getting into Imagineering.

Unfortunately, you will find that legal hurdle something not overcome by a statement in an email.

As people have been trying to explain, what you are looking for does not exist. The reasons for such are pretty obvious - there are thousands of people like yourself that want to be imagineers who would clog such an address so much that if they did reply they'd never have enough time to actually work on attractions.

Imagineers have given great advice in interviews. Check google. However, they all seem to boil down to the same thing : get an education, either in engineering or the arts, depending on what aspect you'd like to work on. It's pretty common sense stuff.
