Hey guys...I'm hoping some of you might be able to point me to some links about lease agreements on Disney Property.

This is sparked by a discussion on another site about how I don't agree with the Four Seasons being built on WDW Property...along with the new shopping complex and new single family homes for the Western Beltway. So i'm looking for info on:

• the details of the land lease for the Swan and Dolphin
• details of the leases for the Downtown Disney Resorts
• Stipulations of Bonnet Creek (I think that Disney was never able to aquire this land but not sure on that)
• Stipulations on the new Four Seasons and any single family homes built on propert (is the land leased or being sold to the homeowners?)

Bonnett Creek

Cant really respond on much except for bonnet creek. My wife and I bought a place there 3 years ago and we got the run down when we did. From what we were told the person that owned it and Walt did not get a long and the owner refused to sell to him but later sold to another company out of spite. BC is the only place today that is still not owned by disney but is connected to the world by its highway system.
