Make sure you get Fast Passes for Major attractions if your into larger rides.. Ill list them for you
Epcot: Test Track, Soarin', Mission Space
Magic Kingdom: Space/Splash Mountain
Animal Kingdom: Kilamangaro and Expedition Everest
MGM: Tower of Terror and Rockin
Now be sure to check out the nations in EPCOT especically if your into International affairs, and love trying new things. You can't go wrong with really any Menu offered at any country, but my two favorites are Japan and Mexico. I also enjoy Italy, but i think thats because I'm Italian, however i found the pizza to be so/so. Also Make sure to get some yummy pastries from France before you leave!! If your not feeling very adventurious, you can always eat the Coral Sea? Restraunt. It's mostly fish but they also have some meat and soups. You eat next to a live aquirum(SP) and they give you a little pamphlet so you can see the species of fish. Also the Land has an excellent choice of small meals for lunch or even dinner, it's also at a very good price. There are also many small places to eat incase your not feeling very hungry.
The Magic Kingdom is amazing. There are so many great places to eat and dine, but it's good to make prior arrangements. However, you can often get in the nicer restraunts stopping there a couple of hours before. My favorite there is the Liberty Tree Tavern. For Dinner it's a family style dinner, with an amazing Dessert if you like apples. Its a warm, apple pie/cake thing, its incredible!! Also, the Smoothies in New Tomorrow land, or anywhere in the park are incredible. If you ever had a Jamba juice its like Jamba Juice x 1000. There are also many other small places, espeically on Main Street USA. Also the Crystal Palace has an amazing character breakfast, and i forgot to mention that the Liberty Tree's Dinner is a character meal as well.
Those are my two favorite parks above. If you can afford it though, definitly eat in any of the restraunts i listed. If you need any more tips just tell me =D.
