Ive only been to epcot once for the whole day. Ive actually been three times. Once when i was really little, about two years ago, and 2 weeks ago for an hour. Ive eaten at the German Buffet place, and i really liked it. But I was wondering if there are any other better places to eat.

Here are the restaurants/fast food that I enjoyed eating at in Epcot: Mexico, Norway (seafood), Germany, Morocco, Canada, and Sunshine season food fair. And the ones I found okay: China, Italy, Japan. I never got a chance to try...the coral reef, garden grill, rose and crown or chefs du france. Have fun dining around the world!

ps. Don't forget to make reservations when dining at any restaurant. The number's WDW-DINE.

My favorite restaraunt is the "San Angel Inn" as well!!! The atmosphere in that place is so cool, you actually feel like it really is dusk and your in a mexican market place. I love the volcano in the background and the occasional lightning you can see in the distance...very romantic and just a cool place to dine!!!

I also like this restaraunt in the China themed area where the chefs cook the food right at your table! I can't remember the name of the place but maybe someone else can help me out with the answer.

Ya'know I love what the author put into the offical Walt Disney World 2000 "Souvenir for the Millennium" book with regard to the UK in Epcot. It says:

"The bustling pub at the front of the Rode & Crown is often packed with British guests on holiday, stopping by for beer or ale"

How true is that! Kinda sums up the British for you!

Oh and in case you've forgotten, should you go into the Coca-Cola Cool Station, stay well clear of the "Beverly"!! Yuck! heh! heh!

cuteypatooty78...the restaurant is in Japan  . China is purely a sit down restaurant where you order the food and it come out prepared. Japan's Teppanyaki restaurant is the place where they grill the food right in front of you. some of the chefs there are very entertaining while others just-plain-cook. So the entertainment depends on your chef. The only reason I considered Japan's food OK was because our chef did just that. He only cooked the food and ran off back to the kitchen, while all the other tables around us were cheering and applauding. As for taste, it's really good. I ordered a seafood platter and there was plenty to eat! I was actually full after the meal.

Figment

Wow!!! You are so lucky!!! The new figment ride is planed to open on saturday. Ride it and tell us how it is.

The best 2 places to eat are the Rose and Crown Pub in England and my favorite is in Japan. The Teppanyaki Dining Rooms (in the Mitsukoshi building). Even though its not a dinner show I consider it one. Like the popular Benihana chain of restaurants, guests sit around large flat grills while white-hatted chefs chop vegetables, meat, and fish at lighting speed and than stir-fry it all just as fast. This mildly comic routine is fun to watch and they have great food. This is one restaurant I suggest you make reservations for (reservations can be made the day you dine at Guest Services near Innoventions).
