a-having my wife hit me in the head with her biggest frying pan.
b-having both my kids(one in each ear)scream on the top of their lungs.
c-running head on (head first)to the side of my house.
d-asking my neigbhor to honk his dodge 1/2 ton pic ups horn with my head under hood for an hour.

Try doing step A again.. over and over. If no success, check for pulse.

There are two ways to take songs out of your mind: One is called Bjork. You'll end dizzy after listening to the weird gal. If that is not all, you can always try Radiohead and their hypnotic songs and fell asleep for some hours...or want to commit suicide.

Hmm. I once had a very annoying song stuck in my head and I couldn't get it out. I discovered something that worked for me, and I really don't know where it came from.

Repeat this a few time's aloud:

Yeen Yine Neen Mine Wayne

.....works for me
