Illuminations: Reflections of Earth question

Hi all! Trying to make a last-minute decision on which day to go to Epcot, does anyone know if on nights where the park is open until 11, if they still do Illuminations? And if so, what time? (9?) Thanks!

IlluimiNations: Refections of Earth is ALWAYS at 9 PM when EPCOT closes at 9.

When EPCOT closes at 8, it too is at 8.

EPCOT no longer stays open until 11, unless you are referring to EMH.
