Illuminations Preshow Music Question.

I recently received a wonderful version of the Illuminations preshow music. But, this is the music I remember hearing in 2003. It starts out with an accordian song, then some traditional Irish music, world music, more Irish music, African Music, more Irish Music, African music, then finally, irish music again. All different songs, but in the order they played before Illuminations began. When I visited this November, I really noticed a difference in the preshow music. Did it change? It sounds like different music. If so, have they published that music yet in some form?

Maybe it's just because I was so used to it, but I really miss the old pre-illuminations music. The new music doesn't mean much to me yet and probabnly won't for a while. I know everything has to change but I hate it when they change the ambient music.

I happen to like the new stuff, but only because it was there during my college program and I grew fond of it. That said, I like a lot of the old stuff as well. I wish there could be a mix.

I was browsing iTunes the other day, and turns out some of these songs are making their way into the online music store. Back when we were all searching for them on the net, iTunes had none, so hopefully soon they all will be available for purchase online.

Funny you should mention that. I was just on iTunes the other day trying to find these. I was pretty surprised to find all but 2. I couldn't find Tula or Red Skies.

Ah, this brings up a great question.

I use the "mobile" profile for the board because it is compatible with my Voiceover screen reading program. However, I don't see how to start a poll.

Could someone:

A. Tell me how to do it from the moble profile.
B. Make the following poll.

Question: If you could go and purchase music from Disney on the iTunes store, which would be the most important to you?

* Official Albums
* Individual park songs and rare audio
* I don't like online music, I prefer the CDs.

pre show music illuminations

I was at EPCOT 11/05 and I'm interested in obtaining the music that was played during the preshow for illuminations. I saw this list of songs on this site, but is it possible to download this music and burn a CD.

Hi. The mobile profile at the moment does not allow for posting polls, but it is something I am looking to add.

The old pre-show music, plus Illuminations itself, is just long enough to take me from my job's parking lot to my house (~45 minutes). It really helps the time go by during the drive.
