Illuminations Desert Party - Ending this year?

Does anyone know if they are planning on stopping the Illuminations desert party after this year? I tried making reservations for a vacation next year and no dates are available.

We have a mid February reservation so I hope they don't plan on cancelling it anytime soon! I know it was tough to get, we were unable to book it during our stays in May or September of this year.
