Well, I would NOT get rid of MDE or MBs completely. Let's face it: they are convenient. I like the app for checking wait times. I like MBs. I would get rid of FP+. Go back to legacy FPs, but use them with MBs. Revamp the system so that only ONE member of your party has to touch the MB reader at the beginning of the FP queue, thus expediting the wait times.
DHS: Star Wars Land. Immediately. Would probably knock out the Muppets area in order to expand (sorry Kermit). Also would improve the food, including more TS options. Would also add that cool Monsters Inc. dark ride present at Disneyland. I normally don't like copying, but that one is pretty cool.
Animal Kingdom: Revamp Avatarland to be a Mythical Forrest featuring Avatar. Add more TS options (counter service is already pretty decent)
Epcot: Add two additional countries, possibly Spain and Brazil. Revamp Test Track. Keep the current effects, but change it so that it makes more sense (go through rough road testing, environmental chambers, etc.) and so that you're not riding past a bunch of colored lights. I believe DL is said to be getting a new Soarin' film, but instead of using that one, use a Soarin' over the East coast type thing, start at Niagra Falls, head down until you end at WDW (like the old one ending in DL
). Get rid of Mission: Space. Put SOMETHING ELSE in. But it can still be space-themed. Add some sort of Roller Coaster, possibly where Mission: Space was. Get rid of that Circle of Life film that I have not watched in ages, do another 3D film. Start USING the Wonders of Life pavilion again. Revamp the old Body Wars area as was done with Star Tours. Update Cranium Command. Imagination overhaul
Magic Kingdom: Add a few more TS restaurants. Improve the food quality at existing restaurants. Revamp Tomorrowland. SGE would be out the door in favor of a new motion simulator attraction, possibly featuring scenes from Lilo and Stitch still. Update and revamp Buzz (I would lose my knowledge of how to get Galactic Hero by the time I'm out of the second room, but anyway...). Update Carousel of Progress!!! It shouldn't take long and would be one of the first things I would do. Seriously, we have cell phones, not car phones now. Get rid of that stupid Beauty and the Beast walk-through thing. Put in a dark ride in its place. Add a Frozen-themed area and include a roller coaster up the mountain to find Elsa. Add a Tangled dark ride. In Adventureland, add something Indiana Jones. DLP and DL both have Indy; why can't we?
Water parks: Though they are already great, I would add some newer slide designs to both
Other: Add a hotel option in between Moderate resorts and values. Like a Value+ resort. Improved pool area with hot tubs and a water slide. No TS option, rooms the same size, but improved pools. No large-whatevers floating around, carefully-themed hotels. Maybe make a few large ones and have an additional hotel with suite options. But priced downward. Also, more DVC and AP benefits.
