if you could be a disney charactor for a day?

My husband really really wants to be goofy and that made me wonder how many other people would like to be a charactor for a day at WDW .. or even for an hour and what Charactor would you choose to be. My favorite is tinker bell ..but I sure couldnt pull that one off, so if they said "ok you can be a charactor I think I would like to be someone fun like Meeko :)

Let's see, I'd have to rule out a face character, little kids get scared enough by some of the characters as it is...;)

I've always thought it would be fun to be Dale. You can be silly with everyone, and always have a little comic partner, Chip.

I know this is kind of cliche but I would want to be Mickey because no Disney dream is ever complete with out seeing him. And to see people's faces light up with joy would be the most self-rewarding job ever.

Problem is I'm too tall for Mickey so let's just say Tigger because every one loves Tigger.

I have always loved the charactor actors in MK especially. I've always wanted to be someone fairly obscure but fun like "Ballu' or "gopher" from Winnie the Pooh. In my adult years I've grown to just about fall in love with many of the "face" actors, "Cruella, "Snow White", "Cinderella". Somehow you never nothice how beautiful those actresses are when your 8 years old. lol

It would have to be the genie it would be the only outfit I could fit in. Besides blue is the colour of my team!! And ive been practicing my Jack Nicholson impersinations.

Those who have been on the boards a while know that I'd love to be Tinkerbelle and start the fireworks at Magic kingdom at just under five foot and 98lbs I think I might make the the height requirements too, anyone know how I apply or shall I write to "Jim will fix it":animwink:

Well, mine is an easy one...

Jafar.

We saw him giving autographs at MGM Studios and he was hilarious. A kid would come up to him and give him a book to sign and he would snatch it, and then use the kid's head as a place to put the book while signing.

I just think playing a Disney villian of some sort would be the best and most fun.

He did this with our granddaughters and even chased me abit making them laugh !! I sometimes think it must be the most fun of all to be a charactor :)

Well, I am lucky enough to have been a character for a day :)
I was Sleepy in the Main Street Electrical Parade! It was really, really wonderful to get to do that!
I didn't get to choose Sleepy, though. I auditioned and that's who they gave me. If I could choose, I would choose Alice in Wonderland. Any of you who saw my family pic I posted will know that there is NO WAY possible I could pass for Alice, but she is my favorite and I wish I coudl be her. A more realistic and equally enjoyable part would be Donald. He's such a funny guy!!!!

This strikes me as so funny, because Dopey is usually a girl, LOL! You have to be 5 feet or under to fit into Dopey's costume and very few men meet those qualifications, so Dopey is usally a girl. As are Donald and Mickey!
