Okay, this is going to be a controversial big ask, if you take into consideration the history of the pavilion, how it attracted on opening day and how it fell out of favor handfuls of years later.
Now suppose if this day were to happen, in which that one day that the floodgates are open for potential new ideas for the next generation Wonders of Life pavilion. This is our potential target.
While it's wonderful to raise a hand (uhm, paw?) to the classic attractions we held dear, we can accept room for potential improvements... maybe perhaps we could allow extensions to hands on exhibits (or even showcase rooms, perhaps)? And given that WOL once had its residence in Future World, it's a great advantage to inplement a form of technology to demonstrate and educate visitors.
Even the artistic arrangement and decoration is a big ask, visitors. Gone are the days of geometric confetti and neon lights, but we could go for something more aesthetic and inspiring to the human eye. We could even opt for something along the lines of a future laboratory and education complex (homage to 'The Living Seas' laboratory look and feel, anyone?) Even the addition of a potential monument to bring the pavilion back to the visitor's visual radar (well, we'll have to barber the trees first!)
The sky's the limit, people. ;3 These are just vague examples of how WOL might be propped back to the 21st century. For all of you readers, imagine this:
If you were in charge of gathering and generating ideas for the next generation WOL pavilion, what might it be, what would you do, how would it be put together, how does it relate, and why?
