If Newsies was a "street performance" in HS

I've recently grown a huge obsession over the "Newsies" movie and broadway show! and this awesome thought occurred to me...

In the New York backdrop street area things in Hollywood Studios... I thought it'd be pretty awesome if they had the Newsies boy come out at a certain time of the day.. and performed three songs on one of the streets! It'd be very neat! Like you're just walking around and all of a sudden, you get surrounded by the Newsies boys and you're all of a sudden apart of a scene from the movie!

I know not many people actually know about the movie, but at least it's known on broadway. I can just see about 20 or 25 of em.. Music starts, and you hear the first line to "Carrying the Banner".. Then after that song, the leader starts rallying the Newsies together about the strike and they sing "The World Will Know", then "Seize the Day" or "King of New York." Then after that, they run off in multiple directions as if they're off somewhere to start the strike.

Kind of like a flashmob... Yea?.. No?.. I think it'd be pretty awesome!

I have been wanting to see this at the park for awhile now, huge missed opportunity. But the nickel and diming they do anymore in entertainment is sickning. I think it would be popular though and well liked on the Streets of America. Did you all know the floats from that last (sorry excuse for a parade) are still sitting backstage?
But anyway yeah Newsies is a perfect fit for that area and would be quality entertainment unlike some other things that have been at the park more recently.

Actually in a competition here a while back, me @Matt7187 and @comics101 created something similar to that. It was called Newsies Street Strike. I wish I had a link... I think it would fit in DCA via Buena Vista Street but thats my personal opinion.

It already exists in DCA as the Red Car Trolley News Boys
