If captain EO didn't return

I wouldn't mind HISTA Again...Only problem is they can't use the Kodak Imagination Preshow anymore since it became Sponserless so there gonna have to fill a void of 7 or so minutes before the Nigel Channing welcoming video. My only guess is they would show the WNN News report pre show video they shown in the early years..

What would the Magic Eye Theather be like today if Captain EO didn't return in 2010?

I don't understand why they haven't found ANYTHING new...

When we viewed this not to long ago, the image was so blurry it made my head spin.

It should just be closed if they can't put anything in there.

Heck the waiting area is plenty big for a character meet and greet.

HISTA had lost all credibility as an attraction before they closed it, and was in fact one of the reasons they DID close it because it was extraordinarily dated -- that they had Captain EO still hanging around as a backup to throw in there helped them keep it open. MJ's death was a coincidence, but it helped them re-market this attraction. If EO was not there, they would pop in another of their sitting-in-stock 3D movies...but they don't need to do that because EO is still packing them in on busier days...keeping in mind they don't care if you actually like the attraction or not, they use things like this to spread out the crowd, especially at peak times of the day...and I am sure they are working on a newer attraction to eventually put in there, but in the meantime it doesn't matter -- as long as it pulls people in for a half hour and spreads the crowds out from the Land attraction, its doing exactly what it was designed to do business wise.

The decision to bring back Captain EO was specifically tied to the death of Michael Jackson and was billed as Captain EO Tribute at Disneyland.

I wouldnt have minded if EO had gone permanently into the Disney extinct attractions list. Turn it into a store, bathrooms, restaurant, another attraction, doesnt matter as long as the building had not stood empty and EO had never been brought back.

Perhaps if they brought back Honey I Shrunk The Audience more people would come because in the public's view they would see it as a "new" attraction/show.

Close Captain EO, close the current Imagination, and then make the entire pavilion into a bigger, longer Journey Into Imagination (based on the original, or course). My dream.
