Ideas for my upcoming trip

My family goes to WDW every year and always looking for new and fun things to do with our trips. My family is made up of my father-50, mother-50, brother-20, grandmother-75, grandfather- 75, and myself -26. Last year we completed our version of the 4 park challenge (we made our own rules the I could share if anyone likes) and we tried a drink to share from around the world (except Germany where I got my own Grapefruit Beer). This year we are looking to do things like this though out our trip. What I am asking the DIS community is for help with ideas like these or ways to expand what we did last year. We are always trying to do new things and experience as much as we can so any suggestions or ideas would be great. Feel free to ask me anything about what we have done in the past or what limitations we have (such as both grandparents are in wheelchairs so they do what they can as the can but both are willing to try anything!)

Thanks A lot!

The last time we visited the world, we had a competition who could meet the most characters throughout the four parks! We went at Christmas time so it was crazy waiting on some of the lines but it was so worth it in the end.
We also usually print out a list of lots of hidden gags and whatnot throughout the world [for example the "Singing in the Rain" umbrella at HS and all the windows with the name on MS in MK]. You can search online for a bunch of these hidden fun little things and see how many you can actually find! A lot of them are actually interactive too :)

What if each of you creates a scavenger hunt for another family member? You make a list of things in the parks/resorts that you have to find. It could be a photo scavenger hunt, meaning you have to photograph them all. You secretly make the hunt, and don't reveal it until you have arrived at WDW.
Examples of things to find :
5 elephants (living or animatronic)
3 of the same strollers
family wearing matching shirts
same souvenir at all four parks
take a picture with mickey in three different outfits
One piece of decor from every pixar movie.
an empty ride line
someone playing "Heads Up" in line
Ice cream cone on the ground

you could make some really easy, but also make some really hard. It is fun because you can personalize it for a family member, and you wouldn't know what to look for until you get to the resort.

Similarly, a year or two back, the Disney Parks blog shared the idea of "Walt Disney World Bingo" with cards for each park. Of course, there was only one card for each park, which kind of misses the point of bingo a bit, takes a bit of the challenge out, though I'm sure someone online somewhere has expanded on the idea. Anyway, each square has something like "Eat ___", "Meet (character)", "Ride ____", etc. Mark off enough squares in a row, and you win, just like in regular bingo.
