Build the original chateau. Use the structure to house AC units or pumping systems for the water features or some such. Something on the scale of the Haunted Mansion show building. Possibly slightly smaller. Empasis on lighting the structure in the evening.
Build the mine train but move the entrance/exit a but further east to seperate it thematically from the Chateau.
Build the coaster on at least 2 or even 3 floors to make the footprint a bit more compact. Since it is a coaster this should be easy.
Use the space saved to add other features to the 'mountain'. Shops, eateries or other small attractions could be added. There is tons of space.
Theme the north side of the mountain to the Little Mermaid theme.
