I dont think we need a ride or show, a very good themed restaurant at MGM would be nice!

I was thinking about that last night. (Bit o' brainstorming.) And I thought about a new spinning coaster/ fast-paced spinning dark ride next to Impressions De France. Have the queue start by those umbrellas and food stand near the water's edge. Have the queue wander down towards the lake's edge and under the bridge. (To get a cheap effect of getting down to a rat's point of view without any tricks or effects.) Then have the queue tunnel under the berm there to a big showbuilding. Have the ride exit by Impressions De France. I think it would be a great little family thrill ride to go with the movie. Have Remy show us what he went through to become a chef. From the rooftops of Paris, down through a fast-paced tour of the kitchen from his point of view. That'd be cool if well done. (and NOT a replacement for Impressions De France.)

I was wondering if the Chefs de France was going to end up as Gusteau's or Remy's French restaurant

I will likely never see the movie (there was a TiVo download of the first 9 minutes, which I watched but were enough for me), but this idea sounds like it has promise.
WDW needs more themed restaurants. WDW used to be the king of that field but all around the world so many theme restaurants have over-stepped them. We need more clever, unique, Imagineered dinner experiences.

I would like to see the Incredibles get some kind of a ride first. An e ticket, or a cars e ticket.

one thought......... ewwwwww..... rats and dinner? my stepmom wont even let us talk about the movie at dinner let alone eat somewhere like that. but thats talking about of course like a character dinner with huge rats all over the place, i personally love the ratatouille characters at the meet-n-greet thing but im just thinkin about all the wary mothers out there :ROFLOL:

I think a new themed restaurant would be wonderful. It would be nice to see it replace Pizza Planet I always hated the burnt pizza smell in there. I loved Ratatouille, but the only problem is its heavy theme on cooking would make it very hard to make an attraction for it. But a restaurant would be great.
i have not seen this movie yet but i would haveto agree with you. there could be alot of cool things they could do with a restaurant
