idea for new toon towns area

one area would be from the 50's and beyond but one area would be from 20's-40's with everything painted in black and white and would have characters in black and white costumes and performers would be in black and white clothes/make up. kinda like that movie pleasantville.

idk not at wdw or dl maybe shanghi or paris i think itd be cool if it be on either top corners of the hub or on both top corners of a fantasyland

That would actually be a pretty cool area for Disney's Hollywood Studios - it would give a nice look into all the old shorts and whatnot featuring Mickey and the gang. It'd be like the Long Lost Friends week all year round!

I'm not really sure how a Toontown would work in the Studios. I've thought about my own version of this land: http://forums.wdwmagic.com/threads/my-own-take-on-mickey-avenue-at-dhs.859422/. But it hasn't gotten off the ground, because no one will help me with it.

Now, a Toontown might work in France, however (in the castle park, not the studio park).
