I just suddenly thought of a coaster that could be in Discovery Island....
It's a kiddie coaster called "Kookaburra flight", and, you guessed it, you ride a Kookaburra shaped vehicle through Discovery Island's jungles.
It could be located here:
(On the left side of Discovery Island btw)
If it couldn't fit there, then use the other side. There's a lot of space there (Though you first have to get rid of some of the water, like what you did with Everest, according to the map).
